HOW DOES JULIA
WORK WITH FAMILIES
A Tailored Approach
The more the merrier! Better results when everyone participates. Julia works with entire families and extended families. This process involves a mix of individual sessions and group sessions.
Different family members meet with Julia at different times and at varying frequencies depending on their unique needs. For example, an adolescent in distress might meet with Julia once individually and once weekly with parents, whereas an older sibling at college or out of the home might only join ocasional sessions.
Julia helps people considering intentional parenthood and co-parenting. She can guide couples creating co-parenting intention documents. She facilitates discussions between divorced/divorcing couples and can assist with child custody agreements but does not do mediation.
